It can even be someone that has money but has decided to do good with it. Unselfish acts as well as those that have literally gone from zero to hero.

We are a new and growing site that will bring a new success story each week, from the likes of Anthony Robbins who was so poor he was embarressed by his Dad’s pride when he refused a basket from a well meaning charity on thanksgiving day. He vowed that day he would never allow himself to be in that position where he needed help, but instead wanted to help others as he new what real poverty was like.

Who hasn’t seen the film “In the Pursuit of Happiness” – centred around the inspirational true story of Chris Gardener who fought his way to financial freedom and independance. The risks and the desperation of his plight and determination has certainly encouraged me to grasp my dream with all its might and make it a reality. After watching the film and reading his book, I will never again complain about my circumstances.

It doesn’t matter who you are, there will always be someone worse off than you.

Since watching the film, “The Secret”, I have been able to catapult my drive and determination to a whole new level. I’ve finally understood the reasons why so few people are successful in their lives and why only a handful seem to have the good life. It is a state of mind – thoughts really do become actions.

I’ve been very fortunate to turn my life around from being in debt and unemployed to having an income that I can be proud of, and one that keeps growing. I am living my dream. I’ve not finished my dream – I’m still building my rags to riches success, and I invite you to build your own too.
